Dear Kenny,

Paisley/edinburgh to Edinburgh Castle and return

 

I want to thank you very much for the excellent coach service you provided on Saturday. Although I wasn't on any of the coaches, my guests told me that the coaches all turned up in plenty of time, they had a pleasant journey through to Edinburgh and back later.

A special thanks goes to the driver of the 1 am coach. Because of a 'Moonwalk', he was unable to get close to the Castle with his coach and he very kindly walked up to the Castle and led the guests back down to where he had parked his coach.

Thanks, Kenny. I know I fussed a bit beforehand but if I have to book coaches in the future I'll know I can depend on you, and I'll also be happy to recommend your company to friends.
